Vijaya Shanthi Thanks Everyone For Boycotting Aamir Khan Starrer

Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer big budget project Laal Singh Chaddha, which was released on screens on 11th August, has turned out a commercially flop at the box office.

The audience have totally rejected the film for Aamir Khan’ previous mockery of Hindu gods in his films and having anti-national views in the past. Amid the promotions, boycott Laal Singh Chaddha recently started trending on social media and seeing the trend, Aamir Khan requested everyone not to boycott his movie.

Before the release of Laal Singh Chaddha, Telugu actress turned politician Vijayashanthi had also criticized the actor in a series of tweets. In her tweets she lashed out at him for his past comment about growing intolerance in the country India as well as for his ‘blind opposition to the BJP.’

Vijayashanthi took to her social media, thanking those netizens who raised voices and helped boycott his movies that are against Hindu belief system. In a series of tweets, she wrote, “Thanks to the devotees of this country who accepted the call of our nationalists and stepped in with slogans of ‘Bharat Mataki Jai’ and stopped the spread of hatred on India, its culture and religion. Bollywood movie lovers all over the country must know Aamir Khan’ intentions behind making such type of movies, and now it’s time for them to realize what will happen, if anyone makes movies with such hidden agendas.”
