‘WAR’ Creates History!

The Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer ‘WAR’ was released yesterday. The much-anticipated film took off to a tremendous start and broke the record of the highest ever opening day collection of any Bollywood film. WAR broke the record of Aamir Khan’s ‘Thugs of Hindustan’. As per reports ‘Thugs of Hindustan’ earned around 48 crores on its first day, but ‘WAR’ has earned a whopping 50 crores.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, this high-octane action drama was released across more than 3800 screens. Apart from Hindi, the movie was also released in English and Telugu. ‘WAR’ stands second to the Hollywood movie ‘Avengers: Endgame’, which was released in April this year and earned 53 crores on its opening day. The movie has recorded the highest occupancy in Tiger’s career and is giving tough competition of another Hollywood movie ‘Joker’ which was also released on 2nd October.
‘WAR’ also features Vaani Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles and revolves around student-teacher rivalry. The film has some breath-taking action sequences and these are choreographed by international stunt directors Paul Jennings and Jack Reacher. The movie is grabbing positive reviews from the audience.
