Want Global Audience See Our Movies As Indian Cinema Says Ram Charan

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan participated in the India Today Conclave in New Delhi and spoke about his upcoming movies, the nepotism debate, and many other things.
Speaking about his joy over winning Oscar for the song Naatu Naatu his RRR movie, the actor said, “The Oscar win is incredible and I am still pinching myself because I can’t believe that our movie has won an Oscar award. Speaking on the nepotism debate, he explained that he doesn’t understand this debate. “It’s herd mentality and if the son of an eminent journalist wants to become a journalist, it is only understandable and the inclination in children to follow their parents has always been there. I breathe and live cinema and I wouldn’t have sustained myself in this industry if I was not good at my job.”
When asked about his Hollywood entry, he revealed that he wishes for it and might come true. “It’s too early for me to say whether I am in talks for a Hollywood project or not. Everything is a process until it materializes and it will happen (laughs),” he added.
Addressing the question of entering politics, the actor clarified that he wished to sail only in one boat and that boat is the film industry. “There is no question of becoming a politician,” he confirmed.
