Will Mahesh Babu Play Lord Hanuman in SS Rajamouli's Ramayana-Verse Trilogy?
Following the success of RRR, which brought honours to India, SS Rajamouli is back with another masterwork, this time starring Mahesh Babu.
The film, tentatively titled SSMB29, will be an action-adventure and the third installment of SS Rajamouli's impending trilogy.
According to speculations, Mahesh Babu would play a Lord Hanuman-like avatar in the highly anticipated film directed by director Rajamouli.
The film will also mark the debut of south superstar Mahesh Babu in the pan-India genre.
According to sources, SSMB29 will most likely begin filming this year, with lengthy workshops for the entire cast and crew of SS Rajamouli's impending pan-India movie.
The makers have yet to confirm the news, but sources indicate that Rajamuli's next big project is a trilogy based on the Hindi classic, Ramayana. And the acclaimed filmmaker intends to give it his own spin.

According to the source, Mahesh Babu's character in the film will be akin to Lord Hanuman, who has a history of fighting against all odds in the forest.
