APSCHE Reschedules CET Exams Due to Election Schedule
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has taken proactive measures to address scheduling conflicts arising from the Election Commission of India's (ECI) election schedule. In response to the announced election dates, APSCHE has revised the dates for several Common Entrance Test (CET) examinations.
The rescheduling affects three major CET exams. The Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET-2024), originally slated to commence on May 13, 2024, will now be held from May 16 to May 19, 2024. This adjustment ensures that candidates can focus on their exams without distraction during the crucial election period.
Similarly, the AP Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (APPGCET), initially scheduled for June 3, 2024, has been postponed to June 10, 2024. Additionally, the AP Research Common Entrance Test (AP RCET) has been rescheduled to May 2 to May 5, 2024.
By proactively adjusting the exam dates, APSCHE aims to minimize disruptions for candidates and uphold the integrity of the examination process. These changes demonstrate APSCHE's commitment to ensuring a fair and accessible testing environment for all aspiring students amidst external scheduling challenges.
