Over the last week, the Special Status issue has suddenly gained attention. The Union Home Ministry had added it to the agenda for a meeting with both states over the bifurcation issue.

After media speculations, Special Status has been removed from the meeting agenda by evening. Initially, YSR Congress tried to take credit for it, but in a few hours, everything got changed. YSR Congress blames Naidu for it, saying that he got it removed from the agenda using the TDP Moles In BJP. But then, would anyone buy this argument?

Chandrababu Naidu could not influence the Union Govt when MLA ruling party stormed his residence. Chandrababu Naidu could not influence the Union Home Ministry when YSR Congress attacked TDP Offices across the state.

It will be silly that he influenced the Union Government on such a key issue. Also, it may be noted that BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao is seen actively pursuing the issue with the Union Home Ministry. GVL, as we all know, is anti-TDP. Sakshi and YSR Congress can do better!
