BJP Misunderstood Ajit Pawar Assurance For The Numbers

With the enormous political development commencing in the state of Maharashtra, every day there comes a new story that merely gives a shock to us. With Fadnavis resigning a day ago after deputy CM Ajit Pawar quit, it has now been revealed that BJP misunderstood Ajit’s claim for providing the numbers in the assembly.
The situation like this is being compared to the one in Karnataka in 2018 when the BJP was missing the majority with only seven MLA’s and BS Yediyurappa sworn in as CM only to resign. That time also supreme court conducted a floor test as in the case of Maharashtra.
Also, the news is coming that the BJP might have overvalued Sharad Pawar and believed in him to support them as he did in the 2019 elections. But this time Sharad didn’t stand any pillars in the favor of BJP, instead he in clear opposition of the BJP forming government in the state.
According to our sources, it is revealed that BJP had a clear plan to sit in the opposition against Uddhav Thackeray lead Shiv-Sena.
Before signing his resignation, Fadnavis had made it clear, “Ajit Pawar has submitted his resignation to me and now we don’t have a majority and we don’t intend to do horse-trading.”
However, some are saying that Ajit did what he was told by his uncle Sharad Pawar and it could be a strategy for Ajit to provide support to BJP in the Miraj of providing numbers and then taking the step back.
Only with time and patience, we will have everything clear in front of our eyes.
