BRS wants to maintain its leadership in Jubilee Hills
With a diverse population, Jubilee Hills is a distinct area within the Hyderabad district's 15 Assembly constituencies. Situated in one of the city's most affluent neighbourhoods and with a distinguished address, it serves a diverse and heterogeneous electorate that will select its representatives on November 30.
Since the last two terms, the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency has been a reliable source of support for the BRS and has maintained its unquestionable control. The 2009 constituency, which was created by carving away the Khairatabad Assembly constituency, is home to studios including Rama Naidu, Padmalaya, and Annapurna as well as a number of well-known figures from the Telugu film industry.
After winning the seat in the 2014 Assembly election while running on a Telugu Desam Party ticket, Gopinath joined BRS (then TRS). In the general elections of 2018, he was re-elected from the same seat. The constituency is proud of its quick development, as evidenced by the Durgam Cheruvu cable-stayed bridge, flyovers, well-known retail centres, malls, businesses, and the homes of well-known people. It also takes pride in being known as the area of the city that never sleeps.
