CBI former Joint Director to Join TDP

CBI former Joint Director VV Lakshminarayana is going to join Telugu Desam Party (TDP). As per reports, Chandrababu himself asked Lakshminarayana to join the party.

Lakshminarayana has accepted Chandrababu's offer and he will be joining TDP on Wednesday evening i.e., 13th March in the presence of Chandrababu.

Lakshminarayana wants to contest on TDP ticket in the coming elections, either from Bheemili Assembly constituency or Vizag Assembly seat. However, Chandrababu is yet to decide on this.

Bheemili is currently represented by Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and is one of the sought-after assembly seats.

As Lakshminarayana had handled the case of YS Jagan's illegal Assets, his entry into TDP might have some benefits.
