On Wednesday, CM KCR inaugurated the national office of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi party at Sardar Patel Marg in Delhi. At 12.37 pm, as per the muhurat, he unfurled the party flag and took his seat in the party office before signing the party documents at 12.43 pm.
Former Karnataka CM and JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy, former UP CM and Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav, and leaders of several other regional parties, attended the inaugural ceremony. Farmer leaders from Odisha, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Tamil Nadu also were present.
Ahead of the inaugural ceremony, the CM performed the Purnahuti marking the conclusion of the 2-day Rajashyamala Yagam at the BRS party office.
As party leaders, including Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, and other senior leaders, gathered in Delhi for the ceremony, a festive atmosphere prevailed at the BRS national office. As soon as the CM hoisted the party flag, BRS leaders chanted 'Jai Bharat' and cheered.
As a result of his busy schedule, BRS working president and Minister KT Rama Rao could not attend the inauguration of the BRS national party office. In addition to attending two key investment meetings in Hyderabad, he was also busy with TRS candidates' nominations for the CESS (Cooperative Electricity Supply Society) elections in Sircilla.
In his greetings to the party workers, the Minister said the CM led Telangana State in a progressive direction. The BRS will introduce people's welfare and development policies to the rest of the country, according to him.
