CM Naidu Vows Strict Action Against Negligence in Flood Relief Efforts
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu addressed the media at the Vijayawada Collectorate, affirming that comprehensive measures have been enacted to support flood victims across the region. In response to concerns about food shortages, the Chief Minister made it clear that there will be no tolerance for negligence among officials, warning that strict actions will be taken against any lapses.
“To ensure the welfare of those affected by the floods, I have appointed a senior IAS officer to supervise the operations in the city, with 32 IAS officers actively engaged in relief efforts,” he announced. CM Naidu highlighted the mobilization of resources from ten districts to guarantee sufficient food supplies for all those in need. He reiterated the government's unwavering commitment to ensuring that every flood victim receives the necessary aid, stressing the importance of leaving no one behind. The Chief Minister called for collective solidarity, urging the community to come together during these trying times.
