Case Booked Against Kodela
YSRCP head Jagan complained to Governor E S L Narasimhan on Tuesday saying that TDP is misusing the police to frighten the YSRC workers.
And then the Guntur Police registered an FIR against assembly speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao for violating the Election Commission guidelines and storming into the police station at Inumetla village of Sattenapalli constituency on April 11th.
Jagan clearly told that Kodela locked himself inside the polling booth, tore his shirt and created a big drama.
So, the police booked a case against Kodela for entering into the polling booth and creating violence.
The Guntur police booked a case against YSRC workers, after getting a complaint from Kodela stating that he was manhandled by them.
After five days, the police booked case against Kodela now, too, on the charges of booth capturing. 22 other TDP leaders were also booked.
