Chandra Babu Calls It Unconstitutional On Ecs Decision To Re-Poll
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday scrutinized the Election Commission's structure to hold re-polling in five booths in the Chandragiri Assembly constituency as dishonest and unlawful.
Thirty-four days in the wake of casting a ballot was held in the constituency, the EC requested repoll dependent on a report by the Andhra Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer, and without sitting tight for the proposals of a board set up, for this reason, Naidu affirmed.

Both assembly and Lok Sabha elections were held together in Andhra Pradesh on April 11. The votes will be depended on May 23.
The Election Commission Wednesday requested repoll on May 19 of every five polling stations in the Chandragiri Assembly fragment, under Chittoor LS constituency.
Repoll would be held at polling stations 321, 104, 316, 318 and 313 of both Assembly and Lok Sabha sections, the state CEO said in a discharge Wednesday.
