Chandrababu Criticizes CM Jagan For Restricting Media

TDP national president and former CM Chandrababu Naidu took a jab at the ruling government YSRCP by stating that the state has lost its glory with the insensitive decisions of the CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. In the press note, TDP chief has criticized the cases against the media and termed it as a dishonor for the state.

Naidu said, "After coming to power the state government banned channels from broadcasting the assembly sessions."

Talking about the Nirbhaya case against the media persons, Naidu smashed at the government stating that there were no such incidents of media taking objectionable photographs of the police. "It is purely part of their duty to take photographs," Naidu opined.

Naidu also alleged the government of threatening the media houses by bringing them under GO 2430.
