Chandrababu Naidu Criticizes Andhra Pradesh Governance, Vows Renewal
In an exclusive interview with a prominent news channel on the campaign trail, former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N Chandrababu Naidu accused current CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of betraying the state's people and jeopardizing their future.
Naidu emphasized the dissatisfaction among voters over the past five years, citing issues such as the controversial decision to establish three capital cities, which the High Court struck down. Naidu criticized Reddy's governance, alleging corruption, economic mismanagement, and a lack of foresight. Regarding his return to the NDA fold, Naidu highlighted his past efforts to secure special status for Andhra Pradesh and outlined his plans to collaborate with Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the state's development. Responding to corruption allegations against himself, Naidu defended his integrity and questioned the evidence provided.
