Chandrababu Naidu meets Governor as courtesy call after the resignation

Chandrababu Naidu, on Friday 7th June 2019, met with the state Governor ESL Narasimhan. As per details conveyed, Mr. Naidu met Narasimhan after submitting his resignation to the Cabinet, from his post. The meeting was considered as a part of the courtesy call, made by former CM, after his defeat in Elections.
At the time of their meeting, Mr. Naidu and Mr. Narasimhan discussed issues related to the arising political scenario of the state. The meeting was certainly marked significant on account of political crunch going on in between Governor and Mr. Naidu during his tenure.
It was also noticed that major objections were taken by the CM against Governor’s opinion related to several issues. These were common issues when Mr. Naidu was the acting CM of the state. The issues were related to several measures that were taken by Governor in favor of Telangana state CM Mr. KCR and Mr. Jagan Mohan, who the leader of the Opposition Party in the state at that time.
As per sources, the meeting between the two was conducted in the presence of Ministers from the new cabinet. The event of the meeting took place at Vijayawada during the sworn-in ceremony of the new CM and Ministers.
