Chandrababu Naidu to Resume Political Campaign in Andhra Pradesh
Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President Nara Chandrababu Naidu is gearing up to re-enter the political arena in Andhra Pradesh. Following his release on regular bail from the Skill Development Scam case, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted permission for Naidu to resume public meetings and engagements.
Despite lingering legal challenges, including obstacles related to the ongoing case, Naidu is set to revive TDP's political activities after a hiatus of nearly two-and-a-half months. Recent health setbacks, including cataract surgery at LV Prasad Eye Institute, prompted this strategic move by TDP leadership to reconnect with the public.
Plans are in place for Chandrababu Naidu and TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh to restart programs such as Future Assurance and Yuva Galam, which were abruptly halted following Naidu's arrest. TDP's ally, Jana Sena, will also continue its Varahi Vijayatra across various districts. Sources suggest collaborative efforts between TDP and Jana Sena at the assembly segment level, with joint election campaigns on the horizon as the election date approaches.
