Chandrababu’s Open Letter to Modi on his AP Visit
Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu wrote an open letter to Modi, asking if he is not ashamed of visiting Visakhapatnam.
He said Modi owes an explanation to 5 Crore people of AP. “I visited Delhi 29 times and submitted numerous pleas to you, but there is no use,” he added.
Chandrababu also questioned Modi on his betrayal and reminded his responsibility as a public representative and asked Modi to respond to people sentiments.
Issues such as Polavaram Project funds, granting Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh, metro rail project for Vizag, bridging revenue deficit and required to be solved, he said in a letter.
He also criticized the Modi government for cheating Andhra Pradesh by announcing South Coastal Railway Division as it strips AP of Rs. 7,000 crore revenue.
