Chiranjeevi In Favour Of Three Capitals

Former Union Minister and actor Chiranjeevi has supported Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s concept of three capital cities for Andhra Pradesh, saying it would help in reducing socioeconomic disparities.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy came up with an idea of having 3 capitals for the Andhra Pradesh state. He divided the capitals into Visakhapatnam as the executive capital, Amaravati as the legislative capital and Kurnool as the judiciary capital. However, he didn’t get much support from the TDP leaders.

Chiranjeevi appreciating three capitals has left Janasena party president Pawan Kalyan quite disappointed. While YRS Congress is trying to use this endorsement as universal acceptance to their Three Capitals Idea.

BJP Yuva Morcha AP president said that Chiranjeevi does not have any right to endorse three capitals as he does not have any vote in Andhra Pradesh. It can be said that he is expecting some favors from the government in Vishakapatnam and that’s why he is supporting.

News is also doing the rounds that the Jagan Government has agreed to give some lands in Vizag for a film studio to Chiranjeevi. However, there is no such official news regarding any proposal for a film studio in Vizag from any party.
