Congress decides not to attend any television debates

The Congress has chosen not to send spokespersons for television debates for a month.

The move comes after the party's fiasco in the as of late finished up Lok Sabha polls.

The Congress has regularly accused the media of being "biased" towards the Modi dispensation.

The Congress is at present confronting a crisis with party president Rahul Gandhi unyielding on his decision to quit after the poll disaster - winning just 52 Lok Sabha seats - and its state governments confronting a questionable future.
