EC Clean Chit for PM Modi

The fifth phase of Lok Sabha elections will start from 6^th May, this is an important Phase as only two more phases are remaining. The results will be declared on 23^rd May.

As the polling and election tensions are mounting up on Pm Modi, the election commission on Friday gave a double relief, two of the speeches of Modi, against which the complaints were filled, due to violation of mode of conduct, received a clean chit.

While Campaigns the speeches made by PM Modi, were against the mode of conduct according to the opposition. However, the two speeches which were made on April 25^th in Varanasi and April 6^th At Nanded were given a clean chit. At Varanasi Modi had referred post-Pulwama action against terrorist, and at Nanded, he questioned Congress for having to find a seat in a country where the majority is a minority.

On Friday there was a full commission meeting of EC, where BJP president Amit Shah’s remarks of 22^nd April in West Bengal and also the one on 9^th April in Nagpur were approved too.
