Ex-CBI 'JD' New to Launch A New Party?
Finally, former joint director of Central Bureau of Investigation and retired IPS officer V. V. Lakshmi Narayana has spoken about his political plans.
He said that he is not going to join any political party but he will start his own party soon. According to the sources, Lakshmi Narayana will announce officially about his party in a press meet, on November 26th.
Lakshmi Narayana last month announced that he will reveal about his political entry soon. Till then, he is working on the issue to take further action.
He said that he got an open invitation from Aam Admi Party and other national political party. I didn’t decide on that yet, he said then.
According to the analysis of political circles, Lakshmi Narayana might consider join BJP who knows all the scams of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and his party.
But beyond everyone’s expectations, Lakshmi Narayana decided to start the party on his own. Though the party name was not yet announced, close sources to Lakshmi Narayana revealed that the party name would be Vande Mataram Party (VMP).
If Lakshmi Narayana starts his own party, it would definitely be a tough competition for Pawan Kalyan’s Jena Sena as the ideology of both the parties is same.
As both Pawan and Lakshmi Narayana targets educated voters and youth, there is no doubt the votes will be shared if Lakshmi Narayana starts a party
