In a startling development, former Telangana Chief Minister K. Sharing the update, KTR took to social media, stating, "Today, Sri KCR Garu is scheduled to undergo Hip Replacement Surgery due to an unfortunate bathroom fall. We extend our gratitude to everyone sending their wishes for his swift recovery."
Offering reassurance, KCR's daughter and BRS Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), K. Kavitha, mentioned that her father's injury was minor, and he was under expert medical care. She expressed heartfelt thanks for the flood of well-wishes.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also joined in, expressing his concern for KCR's well-being. He tweeted, "I am distressed to learn about the injury suffered by former Telangana CM Shri KCR Garu. My prayers are with him for a speedy recovery and good health."
