Former Union Minister V Kishore Chandra Deo has resigned from Congress today and has submitted his resignation to Rahul Gandhi in a letter.
Recognized as Congress’ tribal face from Andhra Pradesh, his resignation cones just a day after Gujarat MLA quit accusing Congress of politics. It is also likely that Kishore Chandra deo will be joining TDP as per the sources.

Vyricherla Kishore Chandra Suryanarayana Deo (born 15 February 1947) is an Indian politician and a member of the Indian National Congress political party.
A native of Kurupam, Vizianagaram District, Kishore Chandra Deo has been elected to the Lok Sabha five times. He has also held one term in the Rajya Sabha. He was the Union Cabinet Minister for Tribal Affairs & Panchayati Raj from July 2011 to May 2014. He was also Minister of State for Steel in 1979-80.
