HC Bifurcation is a Ploy to Save Jaganmohan Reddy: Chandrababu Naidu
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday said that the bifurcation of court between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is a ploy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to save Jaganmohan Reddy from the impending Trial.
Naidu told the reporters on Friday that with the division of the high court, the corruption case against YSR Congress Party leader Y.S.Jaganmohan Reddy might be back to square one. Naidu said the central government did the bifurcation only to help Jagan, as the case was coming to the hearing stage.
“Now with the division of the court between two states, the judge will also be transferred and the case will have to restart,” said Naidu while indirectly implying the conspiracy of central government to save the opposition leader.
