Har Ghar Tiranga – Telangana Govt Distributes 1 Crore 20 Lakhs National Flags

India is celebrating its 75th independence day, on 15th August this year. The celebration mode is already on. Everyone are encouraged to hoist the flag from 13th to 15th August 2022, under the campaign Har Gar Tiranga, a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

Telangana government has distributed 1 crore 20 lakhs national flags, going door to door in Hyderabad on August 11. The State Finance Minister Harish Rao Thannerru was one among many who distributed the flags.

The BJP party and its members including Amit Shah, are encouraging people to hoist the flags to show their patriotism. The campaign by BJP has received a tremendous response from the people all over the country. The party is very confident of reaching the target of 20 crore households hoisting or displaying the national flag.

To mark the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day which falls on August 14, BJP president J P Nadda is going to inaugurate an exhibition on Saturday (today), which highlights the problems faced by people during partition violence. Silence marches will also said to take place in all districts

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with India's CWG 2022 contingent at his residence, on 13th August at 11 AM.
