KCR Route Plan to Parliament
KCR took to the state elections eight months before so that he can concentrate uninterruptedly into the National Politics. KCR's strategy of going to the elections prior to the all-state elections brought him to rave response and won him and his party with a tremendous majority.
As the time for the Lok Sabha elections is nearing, KCR seems to have written a route map to win the seats in Parliament. KCR is planning to contest from Nalgonda constituency to erase the remaining Congress power that is sustaining over there. Sitting MP Gutta Sukhender Reddy will be given MLC post and be taken into the state cabinet according to the sources.
The reasons for leaving his consistent Medak seat and contesting from Nalgonda is to field his nephew Harish Rao from Medak. Both KCR and Harish Rao moving into the national politics clears the line for KTR to be declared as CM of Telangana after May.
According to KCR, he thinks Harish Rao will be a great adding to access the power at the National Front and also feels any alternative power against KTR in the state especially from the base of Harish Rao will be hard to make his son CM. Having taking Harish Rao into Parliament KCR thinks that there won’t be any problem to his daughter MP Kavita even, whom he wants to see as Union Minister in the next elections.
Except for seats of Chevella, Malkajgiri and Peddapalli there will be no such change of list and will be continued the same. For the above-mentioned Constituencies, KCR is planning to field T Swamy Goud or P Mahender Reddy from Chevella and Bandi Ramesh from Malkajgiri.
For the seat of Peddapalli the Party chief is still in dilemma about selecting the loyal candidate from the party. It is said to be declared soon.
Looking at the KCR’s plan the opposition parties have become oblivious to the situation to find alternatives to counter-act the plan.
