KCR condoles Parkash Singh Badal's death.
K. Chandrasekhar Rao, chief minister of Telangana, expressed his sadness over the passing of Parkash Singh Badal, former chief minister of Punjab.
On Tuesday night, Rao released a message to the media expressing his sympathies to the family and friends of the late Shiromani Akali Dal, patriarch.
Since his days as a village sarpanch, Rao has considered the late leader's contributions to Punjab's progress as Union Minister and Chief Minister of the northern state.
Badal, who served as chief minister of Punjab five times and was beloved for his modesty and deep rural roots, passed away on Tuesday. He was 95.
