Laddu issue: Jagan is the target of a complaint
All of Andhra Pradesh has been engulfed in the ongoing laddu dispute, which has sparked numerous conversations. Notably, Amita Sachdeva, a counsel employed by the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court, has just lodged a complaint against Jagan.
Under Sections 298, 299, 196, 152, 192, and 353 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding to Sections 295A, 153A, and 505 of the IPC), as well as Sections 274 and 275 BNS, as well as Sections 59, 54, 52, and 50 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, I have formally filed a complaint against @ysjagan and others.
