Ministers Address Grievances at Praja Darbar in Undavalli and TDP Headquarters
In a Praja Darbar held in Undavalli on Tuesday, Education, IT, and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh received grievances from a diverse group of people, including differently-abled persons, women, and patients. Attendees not only came from Lokesh's Mangalagiri constituency but also from other parts of the state. Lokesh personally interacted with the complainants and forwarded their issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
Simultaneously, at the Telugu Desam headquarters, another public grievance program was conducted. Minister Mandipall Ramprasad Reddy and TDP national general secretary Kambhampati Rammohan Rao received petitions from citizens. Chinna Yallaiah from Battuvaripalli in Chandalur gram panchayat of Darsi mandal highlighted that he had not received payments for works completed in 2019 under the Neeru Chettu scheme and sought the release of the pending bills.
Outsourced APSRTC employees expressed their grievances about being neglected by the previous government, urging the alliance government to ensure justice and job security. Villagers from Ghantasala mandal in Krishna district requested the restoration of a bus service canceled by the previous government, which has made it difficult for them to travel to Vijayawada and access hospitals at night.
Turaka Chinnababu, a blind individual from Sangam mandal of Nellore district, appealed for the restoration of his disability pension, which had been stopped by the previous government despite his 100 percent disability certificate. Nattala Sivamma from Panyam constituency complained about the encroachment of her 2.28 acres of land and sought its restoration. Minister Ramprasad Reddy immediately contacted local officials to resolve her issue. Additionally, the parents of Purna Sai from Pedda Elamilli in Ungutur constituency of Eluru district, who is suffering from liver disease and requires an operation, were assured of assistance by the minister.
