Nara Lokesh Alleges YSRCP Involvement in Prakasam Barrage Incident
The recent boat crash at Prakasam Barrage has sparked some serious political drama. TDP leader Nara Lokesh came out swinging, accusing the YSRCP of hatching a plot behind the incident. Lokesh didn’t hold back, claiming that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s ultimate goal was to destroy the barrage and endanger the lives of over a lakh people.
Lokesh even brought up a past tragedy, blaming Jagan for the Annamaiya Dam disaster that killed 50 people and wiped out five villages. He said it was all because of Jagan’s involvement with the sand mafia. "And now, the same playbook—only this time with iron boats—targeting the Prakasam Barrage," he alleged, saying it’s all part of a plan to devastate Vijayawada and neighboring areas.
In his fiery remarks, Lokesh accused Jagan, along with his close aides Talashila Raghuram and Nandigam Suresh, of masterminding this conspiracy to bury entire villages. He also slammed the YCP for spreading "venomous propaganda," claiming they were trying to shift the blame onto the government while covering up their own sinister plans.
