Nothing Wrong in KCR Calling Rahul Gandhi a Buffoon

TRS MP K.Kavitha on Wednesday justified her father, Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao calling Congress National President Rahul Gandhi a buffoon at his pre-election press conference.

TRS chief K.Chandrasekhar Rao criticized Rahul Gandhi soon after dissolving the Assembly in September. Kavitha stated that there is nothing wrong in calling a person who does silly things a buffoon.

She stated that the whole nation witnessed how Rahul Gandhi broke the Parliament protocol by hugging the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Parliament. She defended her father by stating that it was a silly move by Rahul Gandhi and hence our leader (KCR) responded like that.

Speaking to media persons in Delhi, Kavitha said that K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s decision to form the federal front was intended to address issues of the people at the national level and not about one party rising to power or one party leader to become Prime Minister. She stated that they are focussing on a non-BJP, non-Congress front at the centre and that TRS believes in a neutral platform.

She stated that TRS was successful in fulfilling the aspirations of the people in Telangana State and the front is hoping to replicate the success at the national level.
