On April 24, BRS will hold a huge public meeting in Aurangabad.
The ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is anticipating another massive public meeting at Aamkhas Grounds, Aurangabad, on April 24 due to the success and huge response to its public meetings in Maharashtra.
Following the success of BRS's first public event outside of Telangana, held in Bhokar on February 5, the Maharashtra government made a hasty decision to replicate Telangana's Rythu Bandhu scheme by offering investment subsidies of Rs 6,000 per acre to farmers.
K. Chandrashekhar Rao, speaking at a public meeting for the second time in Kandhar-Loha, had declared, "This is the power of the pink flag."
The BRS party hopes for a larger turnout at the third meeting, which will be held on a grand scale in Aurangabad, from the general public, particularly the farming community. According to Armoor MLA Jeevan Reddy that is in Maharashtra to oversee the meeting’s arrangements many important leaders from different political parties will attend the BRS in the presence of the Chief Minister.
The enthusiasm shown by Maharashtra residents for BRS was impressive. According to Jeevan Reddy, there was a massive response from youth, farmers, women, and other sections while the Telangana governance model was discussed with people in different villages. It's worth noting that the BRS party wasn't a newcomer to Maharashtra. The Chief Minister also instructed party leaders to ensure the BRS flag was flown over every Zilla Parishad and that the party participated in all local elections. The importance of the BRS meeting in Aurangabad in this light increases.
