Rahul apologized To SC
Mid-Poll Presser was addressed by Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Saturday 4th May. Where he answered the questions of the reporters, the main issue and the question raised was about his remark of Chowkidar Chor hai which was attributed to the court.
Congress President Rahul Gandhi made it very clear that he apologized only to the Supreme Court as it was as per law. As the comment on the matter was unwarranted, he neither gave his apology to BJP nor to the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He added that the remark Chowkidar Chor Hai is resounded everywhere, and the remark stands. Whenever an individual just says Chowkidar, there is an immediate respond or echo of Chor Hai, this prompt response is from the public.
The Congress president Rahul Gandhi had received an order to apologize to the court, which he did. However, he was again pulled up by the court, over the 22-page apology letter which he submitted to the court. The court pulled him up for his remark as well as an apology, but has given him a third chance to correct his gesture.
