Revanth would never be CM, declares KCR in Kodangal
BRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao called TPCC head A Revanth Reddy a major thief and land grabber, saying the Congress would not secure more than 20 seats in the Assembly elections and the former cannot become chief minister.
During a Wednesday election meeting in Kodangal, KCR accused the PCC president of doing little for the constituency and stealing a lot of land. He has no shame. Rao wondered whether such individuals should join politics.
He claimed the section developed greatly when BRS working president KT Rama Rao adopted Kodangal. A degree college, RTC bus depot, and roads were built. Even Congress officials flung stones at Gandhi Bhavan, claiming Revanth sold tickets. He threatened agitators with a firearm during another uprising. He was found stealing Rs 50 lakh to purchase BRS MLAs' support.
After serving time in prison for the crime, he did not modify his mind. He now speaks like Satya Harischandra, Rao said. He remembered Revanth Reddy calling OU students “addaa coolies”. If Revanth was elected, would Kodangal's status rise? Rao said the Congress gave people spirits bottles and money. He promised Kondangal Palamuru-Rangareddy water in a year.
