Sc to Hear the Consent of Mamata Banerjee’s Morphed Pic

The Supreme Court consented to hear on Tuesday, May 14, the supplication of a lady BJP lobbyist testing her capture by West Bengal police for supposedly sharing a transformed photograph of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee via web-based networking media.
A vacation Bench, involving justices Indira Banerjee and Sanjiv Khanna, on Monday, observed the request of promoter N.K. Kaul, speaking to the lobbyist, that the issue of her capture is agreed pressing hearing.
The Bench posted the request for hearing on Tuesday after the senior attorney presented that there had been a finished strike in West Bengal and it had constrained the lady to challenge her capture in the zenith court.
The senior legal advisor said the dissident is in legal authority following her capture by the police.

Ms. Sharma, against whom a protest was recorded at Dasnagar Police station, has been sent to about fourteen days' legal guardianship. She is looking for safeguard.
