Seat sharing formula for Bihar announced
The Mahagathbandhan formed to fight against BJP has announced it's a seat-sharing formula on Friday in Bihar for the 40 Lok Sabha seats.
Lalu Prasad's RJD will be contesting for only half of the seats (20)for the first time considering the alliance with the others. Congress who initially demanded 11 seats will be contesting for 9 seats with a promise to get a seat in Rajya Sabha.
Among other constituents, the HAM got only three seats and RLSP which had walked out of BJP with an offer of two seats were allocated 5. Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) also will be contesting for 3 seats.
With Lok Sabha elections nearing all parties have started campaigning with full preparations raising various catchy slogans to influence voters towards them.
