TDP Leader Naidu Asserts YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Will Face Defeat in Upcoming Elections
Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP supremo, N Chandrababu Naidu, expressed his confidence that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will not be re-elected, citing surveys that indicate public dissatisfaction with his administration. Naidu criticized Jagan's recent move to change party candidates in several constituencies, labeling it a mere gimmick.
Naidu questioned the effectiveness of the state's intelligence wing, wondering why no action was taken against YSRC MLAs who were allegedly involved in large-scale corruption. He emphasized that Jagan's leadership has not been in the best interest of the state and suggested that true development comes from providing job opportunities for the youth, not just cosmetic changes like painting school buildings.
Naidu described Jagan as the major problem plaguing the state and accused YSRC leaders of looting the state's resources. He welcomed several senior YSRC leaders, including C Ramachandraiah, Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, Dwarakanath Reddy, and leaders from various constituencies, into the TDP during the event.
Naidu, with 45 years of political experience, expressed his disappointment with Jagan's leadership, describing him as the most substandard Chief Minister he has ever seen. He criticized YSRC MLAs for focusing on personal gains instead of working for the welfare of the people.
