Telangana CM calls off birthday celebrations, condemns Pulwama terror attack
With the entire country mourning the death of around 40 CPRF personnel in the recent Pulwama terror attack, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Friday decided to cancel his birthday celebrations.
February 17th is his birthday, the CM's move to cancel all the celebration has been appreciated by all. He also condemned the terror attack and expressed his condolences to bereaved martyrs’ family members and wished speedy recovery of the injured.
In a tweet TRS working president KT Rama Rao has also appealed to all party members to avoid celebrating CM's birthday and rather to involve in social activities like blood donation, organ donation, tree plantation etc.

Please respect his request & instead of celebrations, promote blood/organ donation, plantation etc
