Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to Occupy Official Residence in Delhi
In a significant development, an official residence in the heart of Delhi has been prepared for Telangana Chief Minister, Revanth Reddy. Located at 23 Tughlaq Road, this stately abode has undergone meticulous renovations and is now fully equipped to serve as the official residence of the esteemed leader.
The residence, which formerly bore the nameplate of former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), has seen a transformative change. The nameplate now proudly displays the name of Revanth Reddy in three languages - Telugu, Hindi, and English. This transition marks a symbolic shift in power, as KCR had resided in this house for nearly two decades.
KCR, who occupied the residence since 2004 when he was a Union Minister, continued to call it home during his tenure as a movement leader and Chief Minister. However, with his recent loss of power, the house was vacated, and officials promptly moved his belongings.
As Revanth Reddy embarks on his journey to Delhi today, the question looms: will he choose to make this house his new abode? The answer remains shrouded in uncertainty, awaiting the Chief Minister's decision as he steps into the next chapter of his political journey.
