Telangana Home Minister to Avoid B’day Celebrations
In view of the recent Pulwama Attack in which 40 CRPF personnel were killed and also with consideration with the high tensions prevailing at the LoC, Telangana Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali on Wednesday decided to avoid celebrations on his Birthday on March 2.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao did not celebrate his birthday on February 17 and asked the party workers to contribute for the welfare of the bereaved families of the martyrs in the attack.
Following on the route of Chief Minister, Home minister Ali also decided to stay away from his celebrations on March 2 and also urged his well-wishers to avoid visiting him and also contribute to the families of the CRPF personnel as a humanitarian gesture. It is known that Ali would be out of the station on his birthday.
