Telangana’s disqualified MLC’s looking for revive in HC
The excursion seat of Telangana High Court on Wednesday initiated hearing the petitions recorded by MLCs K Yadava Reddy and R Bhoopathi Reddy testing their preclusion from the MLC posts by the Legislative Council executive.
Yadava Reddy's advice told the court that his customer was precluded dependent on the paper reports that he was joining the Congress party. There was nothing on record which could conflict with the candidate. Joining the Congress party was an unimportant assumption and nothing of that sort occurred, he called attention to.
In the interim, after a solicitation by the guidance speaking to MLC S Ramulu Naik, the seat posted his case — testing his exclusion from the post — to May 15 for hearing.
Additionally, the ECI and State government guaranteed the court that races to these seats would not be held till the supplications are managed.
