Telangana's poverty rate has decreased, and citizens of other states desire the Telangana Model - KCR
On Tuesday, the 77th Independence Day, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao raised the National Flag at the Historic Golkonda Fort in Hyderabad. At 10:45 a.m., the chief minister hoisted the National Flag. The chief minister told the gathering that although there had been development over the past 75 years, it fell short of expectations. He targeted the leadership of undivided Andhra Pradesh, alleging that Telangana was subject to discrimination due to their negligence.
The chief minister discussed the state's development over the past decade, which has surprised the citizens of the nation. The chief minister enumerated a number of initiatives pertaining to agriculture, farmers, welfare programmes for all sections, two-bedroom houses, pensions, and the incorporation of Road Transport Corporation (RTC) employees into the government. The chief executive promised state government employees a favourable Pay Revision Commission (PRC). He recalled his assurance in the Assembly.
The mayor also discussed the proposed metro system that would connect all city neighbourhoods. The state government's "Increasing wealth and distributing it to the people" policy has reduced poverty in Telangana, according to a NITI Ayog report cited by the chief minister. The Fort reverberated with the sounds of 1,200 performers performing their art. Artists performed Kolatam, Oggu, Dappulu, Banjara, Koya, Punjabi, Kuchipudi, Sheri Band, Marfa, Dhimsa, and Gusadi in the cellars surrounding the Fort.
At the parade, CAR Headquarters (Women), CAR Headquarters (Men), and the AP Police Contingent (Men) all had their own groups. The First Battalion TSSP from Yousufguda, the 4th Battalion from Warangal, the Seventh Battalion from Dichpally, and the 10th Battalion from Beechpally were among the bands.
