Three Capital Agenda Once Again, Jagan Approach Supreme Court

The three capital agenda has once again started doing the rounds as Government of Andhra Pradesh now shows worry over the bill.
The government is very serious taking the decision to have three capitals for the state, each one for legislative, executive, and judiciary made another move in this regard.
Andhra government approached the Supreme Court to file a special leave petition to conduct the urgent hearing today on shifting the capital shifting.
Earlier, the judiciary was to hear the plea on 14th August but Andhra government moved the Supreme court to seek a stay order on this.
The Supreme Court is now expected to hear the case on Monday. With the case not coming for hearing the Andhra Pradesh government wrote to Apex Court registrar and requested to hold the urgent hearing today.
AP government requested to hold the hearing soon and an immediate decision on three capital bill. AP government cited that the petition copy was sent to the defendants as well.
