National Foundation for American Policy study reveals that the H-1B visas denial rate has touched 4% in this financial year third quarter. Based on the data received from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), we can say this is because of the strict policy of Donald Trump administration on H-1B visa petitions. The study says that the rejection rate is highest among major Indian IT companies. There are also companies that are banned from applying for H-1B visas by US Department of Labor (DoL). Here are the 9 companies that are banned from applying H-1B visas by the US government.
