A 1920s Set For Ram Charan And Alia Bhatt’s Song

Director SS Rajamouli is gearing up to shoot a romantic song on actors Ram Charan and Alia Bhatt for RRR. The said song will be shot in a specially erected set at a private studio in Hyderabad from March 12 onwards. Alia Bhatt will join the sets along with Ram Charan in this schedule.

Jakkanna is planning a song on Ram Charan and Alia Bhatt. For this song, a gigantic set is being assembled in Hyderabad. This set resembles the time of 1920 and will have a historical touch.

Sabu Cyril of ‘Baahubali’ fame is handling the production design and this set is getting ready under his supervision. Sabu has the knack of capturing Rajamouli’s vision and he is preparing the set accordingly.

With this, a major portion of the period action drama would be wrapped up and the remaining part would be completed in 50 days thus marking the end of the production.

‘RRR’ is a fictional story based on Telugu warriors Alluri Sitaramaraju and Komaram Bheem. While Jr NTR plays Komaram Bheem's character and Ram Charan essays the younger version of Alluri Sitaramaraju. Both the characters are signified by the elements, fire and water.

Recently, Hollywood action choreographer Nick Powell has been roped in to oversee the last leg of the climax, which is being shot in a specially erected set at Gachibowli.
