AP Assembly's First Day: Jagan Unusually Aggressive
The first day of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly session was marked by an unusually aggressive Jagan Mohan Reddy. Despite securing only 11 MLA seats, Jagan attended the session, entering the assembly with a black kanduva and placards of "Red book Rajyangam" to protest the state's law and order issues.
He accused the AP Police of tearing the placards carried by YCP MLAs, warning in-charge police officer Madhusudhan Rao about the repercussions of biased policing. Jagan's fiery demeanor set a combative tone for the session, highlighting his dissatisfaction with the current state of governance.
He is scheduled to fly to Delhi on July 24 to join a protest and speak about recent murders in AP, calling for president's rule in the state.
