AP Form Special Committee To Fight Covid-19

A committee under the leadership of Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and consisting of five ministers has been formed at the Secretariat which discussed fighting the pandemic Covid-19.
The five ministers include Alla Nani, Buggana, Botsa Satyanarayana, Mekatoti Sucharita and Kanna Babu, who will conduct a daily meeting with the key officials of the Health Department.
The formed committee has been ordered to take the required measures to fight the pandemic. The Cabinet has also passed the ordinance for the three months budget.
The Cabinet has allotted Rs 2 crore for every district which concluded that the economy is going through hard times. Jagan told the committee that they will not fear the expenses in this regard.
Andhra Pradesh government has also taken the initiative to bear the expenses of those students who belong to AP and are living in other states. They need to ensure if they are provided with proper accommodation, sanitation, and food.
Also, earlier this day, Andhra Pradesh government has decided to bring in an ordinance allowing a vote on account budget for all the state expenses for three months – April 1 to June 30.
