AP Government Releases Health Bulletin

After announcing the complete lockdown of the state, the AP government on Monday released a health bulletin on the latest coronavirus situation in the state.
The bulletin lists that, in total, six cases have been reported in the state and among them, one patient from Nellore is recovering from the situation.
Bulletin also states that screening will be done to all those returning from abroad, and samples of suspected ones have been sent to the Labs for further confirmation. The government is also asking people to self-quarantine themselves and not to come out of their homes unless its an urgency.
Meanwhile, the curfew is extended till 31st March and there has been a strict shutdown of shops and establishments and no public and private and commercial transport shall enter into the state till the dates confirmed.
The central government has ordered strict action against those who violate the lockdown rules, the DGP Gautam Sawang warned of cases under Indian Penal code such as Section 188, 269, 270 and 271 on violations. On the other hand, the state government is said to be enforcing the epidemic disease 1897 act in the state to curtail fast-spreading coronavirus in the state.
