AR Rahman’s Decent Satire On Masakali Remix!

There are many beautiful songs which give you a good feel, whenever you listen to them, even after years. But the remix songs mostly spoil the flavor of originals. Here is one such song – Masakali. This song, composed by the popular music director AR Rahman, has gained the love of millions. For beautiful music and lyrics, for the innocence of Sonam Kapoor (the lead actress in the film), and the impressive visuals, the song has become the favorite of many.
But, recently, the remix of the song was released and got a very bad response. Many people slammed T-Series, which released the original song. Surprisingly, T-Series is the one who released this remix song too! The music for the remix song is composed by Tanishk Bagchi. Everyone slammed both T-Series and Tanishk for spoiling the beautiful song by creating a remix.
Not only the audience, but it seems AR Rahman too didn’t like the idea and showed his anguish on Twitter, but in a decent way! “No shortcuts, properly commissioned, sleepless nights, writes and re-writes, over 200 musicians, 365 days of creative brainstorming with the aim to produce music that can last generations,” Rahman said.
“A team of director, a composer, and a lyricist supported by actors, dance directors, and a relentless film crew. Enjoy the original,” he added. By seeing this tweet, anyone can easily understand that Rahman is unhappy with the remix version of his song. At least, the makers of the remix could have taken the permission of the music director before taking a step!
